B2B Client Services Director

United Kingdom Definition Full time

This role requires experience in education, third sector or healthcare and a genuine interest in delivering integrated strategies to clients with a social purpose.

The social impact pod, which this role would be responsible for running, comprises a client base across:

  • education – we work with a number of schools, universities and suppliers to the education sector
  • health – everything from health tech start-ups to national healthcare providers and care homes
  • charities and not for profits.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Manging a portfolio of accounts.
  • Being the senior point of contact for clients, acting as a trusted advisor and building strong relationships.
  • Developing strategic comms programmes, campaigns, ideas, and angles.
  • Managing your team to roll-out and deliver these strategies, coordinating with our specialists to ensure that client work gets delivered on time and to a high standard and that we always hit our KPIs.
  • Ensuring excellent client service and balancing client satisfaction with profitability.
  • Measuring results and reporting back to clients, as well as spotting and acting on opportunities for improvement.
  • Being a true expert in your clients’ industries and their businesses to help them achieve their objectives.
  • Organic growth – identifying additional opportunities within your client base.
  • New business – leading pitches and proactively generating opportunities.
  • Training and mentoring for junior team members.
You’re ideal for this role if you:
  • Have a B2B PR agency background and want to take your career beyond traditional PR.
  • Love working with clients who make a difference and have a genuine interest in organisations in the sector.
  • Have enviable creative energy that shows through in your bold ideas and unique approach to problem-solving.
  • Are extremely organised.
  • Can communicate well with clients, anticipate their requirements, and deliver exceptional service.
  • Are positive and creative.
  • Want to make a measurable difference to clients’ businesses.
  • Have experience leading and motivating teams, inspiring your colleagues to do their best work.
  • 22 days holiday + your birthday + 3 days between Christmas and New Year – 26 in total
