Are you passionate about shaping workplace culture and driving positive employee relations? Altrad Services UK is seeking a dedicated HR Advisor to join our team at the Motherwell Bridge offices in Grangemouth, Scotland. In this role, you'll play an important part in the development and interpretation of HR policies, ensuring alignment with current legislation and best practices.

Your main responsibilities will include providing expert advice on employee relations matters, from performance appraisals to recruitment and selection processes. With your CIPD level 5 qualification or equivalent degree education, coupled with over 3 years of experience in HR activities, you'll be well-equipped to navigate complex disciplinary issues and tribunals with confidence.

As part of a heavily unionised environment, your industrial relations experience will be invaluable in managing stakeholders and facilitating organisational change. You'll also act as a focal point for HR queries and play a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives within the HR function.
