Order Processing Administrator This key role will give you autonomy and control over orders from key clients in a business-to-business environment, where you will process incoming orders and deal with customer returns. This company designs and manufactures cutting-edge technology that has a powerful impact on the high-tech industry. All its products are manufactured abroad, and this role is based in its main sales office in Hertfordshire. As an Order Processing Administrator, you will deal with intercompany orders, purchase orders, inventory stock management, and regularly update their MRP system. Ideally, you need to be competent in Microsoft packages, especially Excel. You will also need experience using either SAP/MRP/ERP or equivalent systems, as this will be the base of your job. The team structure is just over five people in the Logistics team so personality is critical. They are looking for a positive mindset with a proactive attitude, ready to step up and take control of processes. This role offers a hybrid policy after completing a 6 months probation period. Fundamental requirements: MRP/ERP/SAP experience or equivalent. Attention to detail. Computer literacy. Experience in processing orders and dealing with customers
