We have been retained to support a growing technology focused security business in the search for their Business Development Manager.
This brand new position will be focusing on generating new business, particularly growing their High Net Worth client base - building relationships with a variety of stakeholders and working collaboratively with the internal design team to offer bespoke end-to-end security solutions.
As an entirely independent business, they are able to continue offer excellent standards of service without outsourcing any of their security services, from key holding and barriers, to asset protection and 24/7 monitoring.
If you are experienced in generating new business within the security sector this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Be the responsible person for driving the company's growth, map the market and identify opportunity to win new business.
Network nationwide to grow your contacts and attract new clients.
Become an expert in the services and solutions offered by the company - promote to potential clients.
Build sustainable and trusted relationships with clients so you understand their needs and requirements.
Work collaboratively across business units to offer a seamless service.
Deliver presentations to stakeholders and SLT.
Keep detailed and accurate records of your pipeline, continually review and analyse to understand your conversion and revenue generation.
Use your previous experience to define and execute a solid growth strategy that balances revenue and client satisfaction.
The Be Successful:
Natural commercial mindset with an entrepreneurial flair to think outside the box and deliver new strategic ideas.
Excellent diplomatic communication skills.
Experience working with HNW individuals or clientele.
Demonstrable track record of winning new business and growing existing accounts.
Collaborative approach.
Knowledge of products/services in the security sector.
Highly analytical.
Excellent influencing and negotiation skills.
