Job Type: Full-time


We are seeking a Residential Conveyancer to deliver all aspects of residential conveyancing on behalf of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a current practical knowledge of the law relating to residential property transactions and will be committed to maintaining the highest level of client service.

Administer all aspects of Residential Conveyancing on behalf of clients, ensuring due diligence in all areas of processing a residential property transaction.
Demonstrate knowledge of the law relating to residential property transactions, including leaseholds, freeholds, registered and unregistered properties.
Handle transactions such as sales, purchases, re-mortgages, new builds, right to buy, help to buy, shared ownership, lease extensions, deeds of variation, and other schemes.
Achieve time and billing targets.
Manage a varied caseload while being flexible to changing demands.
Work as part of a team on other client projects.
Proven experience in residential conveyancing.
Strong knowledge of the law relating to residential property transactions.
Ability to manage a varied caseload and meet billing targets.
Commitment to continuous professional development.
