We are seeking a skilled Residential Conveyancer to join our team at Executive Network Legal Limited. As a Residential Conveyancer, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential property matters from inception through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of residential property matters, including sale and purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes, and lease extensions.
  • Liaise directly with clients, estate agents, and lenders to ensure smooth transaction processes.
  • Provide practical and organized approaches to meet client needs and expectations.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with experience handling their own caseload effectively.
  • Target-driven, hardworking, and commercially astute individual with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
