A well-established Legal 500 firm in Somerset is looking to recruit a 2PQE Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team. The firm’s Commercial Property department is central to its practice, with a team that not only understands the law but also focuses on driving transactions forward to ensure deals are completed. The team provides comprehensive services across a wide range of commercial property and real estate matters, including acquisition, disposal, leasing, litigation, and land development. 

Their expertise spans various areas such as retail property, the sale and purchase of businesses, property development, planning, dilapidation, construction, environmental issues, property finance, tax planning, stamp duty land tax, strategic land, options and promotion agreements, and commercial lease work for both landlords and tenants. 

The firm works with clients across multiple sectors, including well-known retailers, developers of office, retail, and residential properties, and city-based funders. They have the capability to advise on projects of any scale, whether it’s the purchase of a small garage or the funding and development of a large site.
