Widener University is currently seeking a part-time Campus Safety Guard Booth Officer. The position will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while greeting visitors, guests, and students throughout the day. Provide appropriate and customer centric assistance to all visitors, guests, and students.
Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing circumstances and needs.
Interact with local and State police officials.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (education/training and experience required) :
Minimum of (1) year of experience in a customer service related field.
Valid Driver’s License.
Must successfully pass a criminal background check to include the PA Criminal, PA Child Abuse, and FBI clearance.
Familiarity with the local area and surrounding community.
Ability to walk outdoors in all types of weather conditions.
