La Direction IT and Opération Services (IOS) a pour objectif de doter CACIB de la meilleure Plateforme IT et Opérations pour répondre aux besoins de maintenir et renforcer la qualité des services rendus à CACIB et de se préparer aux enjeux de croissance et de transformation digitale de CACIB dans les années futures.

Rejoignez la Direction IOS / Global IT (GIT) de CA-CIB, responsable de la conception, du développement, de la maintenance des applications et des systèmes de la Banque 

A la pointe de l’innovation technologique, ses équipes accompagnent sur le plan technique et fonctionnel, les activités et projets de développement des différents métiers de la Banque de Financements et d'Investissement dans un environnement international.

  - Delivery Manager - Capital market IT, Filière Taux H/F - Basé à Montrouge (92) -

Le département Capital Markets IT (CMI) gère le système d’informations mondial sur l’intégralité de la chaine de valeur des Métiers des Marchés de Capitaux. Les équipes CMI sont principalement situées à Paris, London, New-York, Hong-Kong et à Singapour

Au sein de ce poste, vous aurez pour principales missions :

  • Animation de l’équipe pour encourager la collaboration et le partage dans un environnement Agile
  • Développement des personnes de son équipe
  • Aider et faciliter au quotidien la Delivery de son équipe pour
  • Gestion du budget de son périmètre : Composition de l'équipe, adéquation entre le budget et les demandes
  • Gestion de la relation avec les Vendors
  • Promouvoir les bonnes pratiques de delivery IT afin d’augmenter la vélocité de l’équipe et d’améliorer la qualité de ses livrables
  • Assurer la livraison de son portefeuille projets, dans le respect du "high standard quality"
  • Développer le partnership avec les utilisateurs business
  • Responsable de la production dans une perspective « You build it, you run it » : Gestion proactive des demandes de support, des incidents et problèmes de production

Expérience

10 années d’expérience, dont 3 à 5 ans dans une fonction de Manager IT

Compétences recherchées
  • Maitrise du système d’information d’une BFI
  • Connaissances de l’environnement Règlementaire Capital Market.
  • Connaissances du workflow de booking des activités de taux (Clearing, Négociation, Trade events, workflow Markitwire) serait un plus
  •  Expériences de travail avec des équipes Agile, et gestion des dépendances dans un contexte d’équipes Agile et non-Agile
  • Un(e) team player avec de réelles compétences de time management et capable de travailler dans un contexte multi-culturel
  • Raisonnement analytique et capacités à résoudre les problèmes
