We specialise in facilities services, offering Building Maintenance, Cleaning, Catering and Sustainability products across a rich portfolio of public and private sector clients, who have buildings ranging from Data Centres to Hospitals

To provide this service, we employ over 27,000 UK staff, all using a variety of IT systems. Therefore, it is crucial we have a robust IT infrastructure, especially in the growing Automation space.

Our developing Automation team that with all UK & I Automation projects, affecting processes concerning Finance, Legal, HR etc

This role is to join this team and to help the us Automate a variety of IT processes, largely working with Powerplatform, ideally also in VB Script/VBA. We are looking for someone happy and able to pick up new automation software as the organisation continues to grow, engaging with variety of stakeholders and clients

This is a fantastic role for a developing Automation Professional, looking to work for a world class employer across a range of projects and to embrace new technologies

Actions will

  • Onboard and Support Excel VBA based automation (in the finance data space) and seek to rework these into power platform tools.
  • Develop RPA solutions using company toolsets to the requirement specified by the business and project teams.
  • Maintain and enhance deployed solutions as part of BAU support
  • Work with IT operational teams to ensure that environments are stable and working as part of ongoing support.
  • Document developed solutions to support ongoing governance, reusability and assist with support.

We need from you:

  • Skills in Powerplatform and VB Script plus an ability to communicate with none technical staff
