Outbound Sales Representative

Sure Start Staff | Outbound Sales Representative | Oldham Our client is a reputable family-run business looking to expand, they are looking for enthusiastic Sales representatives with experience in outbound sales to join their team based in Oldham. You will play a crucial role in lead generation, initiating the first point of contact with potential customers, generating new business leads, and engaging with current customers to lay the groundwork for long-term customer relationships and revenue growth. Days: Monday - Friday Shifts: 9 am - 5 pm Pay: £11.50 - £12.50 per hour, plus commission Your Role will include:
- Contacting CRM Leads - Approach potential clients through cold-calling, email, and any other means available to you. You'll spend a significant amount of time reaching out to companies on our clients' CRM database.
- Lead qualification: Research is key. You'll need to determine if a prospect is a good fit for the company’s products by understanding their needs, budget, and decision-making process.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up tasks using the company's CRM software.
- Identify and understand the needs of potential clients to effectively pitch our products.
- Conduct outbound calls to engage prospects and qualify leads.
- Executing follow-up plans to ensure all leads and potential customers receive intelligent and action-orientated next steps.
- Pass interested and engaged leads to our team for further follow-up or close the sale if possible.
- A natural flair for connecting with customers and learning about their needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and a drive to succeed.
