Job Description

Join us as a Key Account Manager and play a pivotal role in helping ISS become the world's greatest service organisation. In this position, you'll work closely with our client’s and ISS colleagues to ensure the successful delivery of services to our client's corporate office portfolio.

As a Key Account Manager, you'll be responsible for directing, planning, and coordinating service activities to meet both financial and operational targets. Your leadership skills will be essential in creating a vision that inspires both your team and our clients.

Responsibilities

This role directs, plans, organises and co-ordinates the service activities to meet the planned financial and operational performance targets of the contract This is a senior role which requires a passion for customer service and strong leadership skills to create a vision that inspires This role will be a driver and integrator of excellence in customer service and delivery, instilling a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in both ISS and supply partners’ teams This is an active and visible role requiring excellent relationship skills as well as entrepreneurship and the ability to identify, lead and drive change programmes within the account to ensure that best practice is shared across all parts of the contract Meeting financial and operational KPI targets, improved customer satisfaction and strong HSE performance through the effective management and development of team of high performing people and sub-contracted resources

About You

A food based background 3+ years of relevant experience operating at a senior / higher management grade Previous experience managing multi-sites and large operations Effective negotiating and influencing skills Experience of managing Health & Safety compliance Demonstrate running an operation / business of +3m Problem solver with a commercial and solution focused approach Financially and commercially astute Good level of IT literacy and excellent report writing and presentations skills Experience of working to strict KPIs and SLAs #J-18808-Ljbffr
