Operations Executive, Communications & Brand Consultancy, London
£25K - £30K plus fantastic benefits and bonus
Hybrid working – 3 days per week in offices in central London, 2 wfh
Some previous operations admin or office management experience essential
The Ops team are right at the heart of this rapidly growing comms and brand consultancy and are responsible for several things including IT, tools, systems & procedures that together make the agency work effectively and in a position to continue to successfully grow at pace. They ops team stand ready to welcome new acquisitions to the fold as they continue to grow.
The consultancy is looking for a superstar Operations Executive to join their small team where their work is crucial to the success of the company. You’ll need to be just as happy with the big picture like spotting what needs to work better across the entire business as getting your hands dirty embedding in processes and making sure the day to day effective running of the offices is taken care of.
This will suit someone with a can do attitude and a start up spirit and for the right person there are huge opportunities to take on your own project responsibilities, develop your skills and shape their business as it continues to grow.
Key responsibilities sit across:
- Office Management
- Socials and internal events
- People & Culture
- Operations – IT, processes, policies
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Project Support
- Supporting Integrations of acquisitions
- GDPR
The perfect candidate will have:
- Some previous experience in operations/office management
- Be digital/tech savvy
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to analyse complex situations and identify issues and develop solutions
- Strong decision making skills and be resourceful
- Ability to use data driven insights to inform decision making
