Sales Operations Analyst - Fixed Term / FTC - 12 Months

Summary of Role
The Sales Analyst supports the Global Sales Team by supporting data integrity and reporting as related to forecasts, pipeline and the data exchange within our CRM and Financial systems. This role is designed for someone who is very detail oriented and organized who can work cross functionally and drive results.
Description :
Reporting into the Sales Operations function, the Sales Analyst will delve into the monthly forecasts, ensuring data integrity across our Sales CRM and Financial systems. This role is critical to drive greater visibility to revenue, accumulated contract value (ACV) and bookings, working closely with the global sales organization and management teams. The individual will also collaborate closely with our Finance team to ensure delivery of accurate compensation to our sales personnel across the organization.
Responsibilities :
Gather and analyze sales data within the organization performing report outs to sales leaders and executives.
present actionable information and insights to team members and management
gather and analyze data in order to understand opportunities and address them proactively
Collaborate with sales team to develop accurate sales forecasts within the organizations CRM. Present weekly reports to the sales team and management based on their analysis.
Contributing to the development of sales plans and objectives. Collaborating with Finance for compensation payouts to Sales team members in plans.
Drive to improve sales processes
Qualifications :
~ A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, statistics, or a similar field.
~3+ years of experience analyzing complex data.
~ Proficiency with data analysis tools, including advanced proficiency in Excel. Strong mathematical skills required.
~ Advanced problem-solving skills with ability take multiple ideas, organize them and offer suggestions to improve operations.
~ Demonstrated analytical thinking skills and a strategic approach to business development.
~ Experience with ERP systems a plus.
~ Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
~ Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative.
~ Exceptional written, verbal and communication skills.
~ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrix organization.
