Course Leader – Nursing/Healthcare Nurse Seekers are delighted to be working on behalf of an exceptional Sixth Form College near Cirencester. The College is seeking to recruit a candidate to lead the overall provision of their Healthcare Courses which include Nursing, Mental Health, and Healthcare. The ideal candidate for this role will hold a full Teacher training qualification (or be willing to work towards one in the next 2 years), and industry experience within a healthcare profession. Candidates with a degree in a healthcare discipline are desirable, although this is not essential. The successful candidate will have a focus on maximising the student experience and learning outcomes through the delivery of a first rate teaching schedule. In order to achieve this the Course Leader will have to have high attention to detail, the ability to understand the needs of the students and a passion for working with young people. Enthusiasm will be essential as you seek to develop and mould the next generation of healthcare professionals by highlighting the benefits and exciting nature of a career in this field.
