Course Leader - Nursing/Healthcare
Nurse Seekers are delighted to be working on behalf of an exceptional Sixth Form College near Cirencester.
The College is seeking to recruit a candidate to lead the overall provision of their Healthcare Courses which include Nursing, Mental Health, and Healthcare.
The ideal candidate for this role will hold a full Teacher training qualification (or be willing to work towards one in the next 2 years), and industry experience within a healthcare profession.
Candidates with a degree in a healthcare discipline are desirable, although this is not essential.
In order to achieve this the Course Leader will have to have high attention to detail, the ability to understand the needs of the students and a passion for working with young people.
Enthusiasm will be essential as you seek to develop and mould the next generation of healthcare professionals by highlighting the benefits and exciting nature of a career in this field.
This is an essential role within the College and comes with a high level of responsibility, therefore the successful candidate can expect to receive a highly competitive salary, along with numerous other benefits.
