BLOCK PROPERTY MANAGER (Part Time) - Property Management

Permanent - Full Time

A highly respected professional property company with offices in West Sussex are seeking an experienced Property Manager / Block Manager for their offices in Worthing.

This is a pivotal and influential role, with the responsibility to manage a sizeable portfolio, so previous experience in Block Management is essential and the management of Section 20 Notices and management accounts.

You must be passionate about property, hardworking and have a sound knowledge of the processes involved in dealing with landlords and resident’s associations.

You must have impeccable customer service and communication skills as you will be liaising with clients, leaseholders, and contractors on a regular basis.

arranging repairs, preparing budgets, and general office administration and meeting customers and attending AGM’s so excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport are essential.

Skills: The skills required for this PART TIMEBLOCK MANAGER (Property Management) role will include:

Previous experience in Block Property Management
Willing to keep up to date with training and relevant legislation
Have a full UK driving licence and car owner
