About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager / Block Manager to join our team at Worth Recruiting. As a pivotal and influential role, you will be responsible for managing a sizeable portfolio, including the management of Section 20 Notices and management accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of properties, including arranging repairs and preparing budgets
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication skills, liaising with clients, leaseholders, and contractors regularly
  • Administer Section 20 Notices and manage accounts
  • Attend AGMs and meet with customers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Previous experience in Block Property Management
  • Administration of Section 20 Notices
  • ARLA, IRPM or RICS qualification preferable (not essential but preferable)
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Ability to remain calm and considered
  • Superb organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • A confident team player
  • Positive, professional, and customer-focused with an ability to build relationships
  • Willing to keep up to date with training and relevant legislation
  • Have a full UK driving licence and be a car owner
