Property Manager / Block Manager - Client side (Major Developer / Housing Association) - Single Site / Home based - c£40k + Benefits
We’re working with the in-house management arm of one of the UK’s largest Developers & Housing Associations, responsible for the design and build of communities UK wide.
A rare opportunity has arisen for a Property Manager / Block Manager to join their in-house Property Management team managing a single Estate in Birmingham as follows:

Single site comprising 600 units with grounds (and an on-site management office) close to central Birmingham
Working from home (and the site office) as required
This is a client side role managing an estate that was deigned, built and retained for management in house
Visibility on site essential, both in terms of managing contractors and providing good service levels to residents
Incredibly well supported role (our client has a very large structure containing competent accounts, administrative and assistant property managers to ensure you are able to provide the very best service possible)
Outstanding career path and job security with a genuine focus on resident care and quality management
Driving license/car beneficial but not essential - you will only manage one large site in Central Birmingham
Suitable Property Managers / Block Managers will need 3 years leasehold experience (perhaps progressing from Assistant Property Manager level), a stable career history, a desire to progress their career long term and outstanding communication skills.
Salary will start around £38-40k with an extensive benefits package including generous pension, healthcare and annual leave entitlement.
