Role Overview:

As an Order Processor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our estimating department. You will be responsible for processing orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that customer requirements are met to the highest standards. This role is suitable for candidates with limited experience as we are committed to providing training and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process incoming orders and accurately input data into the system

- Liaise with customers to confirm order details and provide updates on order status

- Assist the estimating department with administrative tasks as required

- Maintain accurate records of orders and documentation

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment

- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service

Requirements:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Basic computer skills; training will be provided on specific systems

- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills

- Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential
