Job Description: Apprentice Glazing Order Processor

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our busy estimation office as an apprentice glazing order processor. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in processing and managing orders for our window manufacturing company.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior glazing order processors in accurately processing and managing orders for various glazing products
- Input and update order information in the company database
- Communicate with customers and suppliers to confirm order details and resolve any discrepancies
- Assist in preparing and sending order confirmations and invoices
- Work closely with the production team to ensure orders are completed and delivered on time
- Provide general administrative support to the estimation office as needed

Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
