Vested Senior Creative Leads are responsible for leading the day-to-day outputs for clients, as well as driving the creative design strategy for the business, and activities, working collaboratively with all their team with accounts, production, and design, to ensure client briefs are being answered with high-quality outputs. There is also an innate responsibility to nourish junior team members in design and account teams underpinned with a strong methodology for creative design. The desired expertise of the Senior Creative Lead should span the full creative spectrum, from brand strategy and ideation through to creative development and leadership on asset production, including web UX/UI, Graphic design (digital and print), Branding, Sonic/audio production and Motion.

Ideal Candidates will:

  • Identify areas of improvement related to Vested’s overall client services and business support - such as client team organizational processes, available tools and templates.

  • Participates in new business opportunities (either as requested or voluntarily)

  • Proactively contributes ideas to improve Vested initiatives - which may include new business (processes, pitch delivery, etc.), internal (education, training, cultural) and client (templates, work delivery, best practices tips and tools, events, etc.)

  • Proactively participates and gives input on the creative team and its process.

  • Identify opportunities to share their knowledge and expertise within areas of the business.

  • Actively participates in networking opportunities both internally and externally 

  • Demonstrates intellectual curiosity about the financial services space.

  • Is actively reading and asking questions in an effort to better understand the financial services sector, with a particular focus on their clients’ businesses.

  • Has begun to grow an understanding of financial services and deepening their knowledge

  • Be the internal point of contact for creative requests to support the creative team, working with producers to manage SLAs

  • Inform on the creative and production processes, including reviewing creative requests

  • Support on project timelines guiding both account teams and creative teams towards realistic project goals and timelines. This extends to scoping for new bodies of work.

  • Work with account leads and Senior Project Manager to keep overall program goals in mind when managing daily tasks 

  • Support on video production creative management for internal use as well as client needs

  • Ask questions to better understand clients’ goals

  • Proactively research to more deeply understand clients’ businesses

  • Is the center of excellence for output standards.

  • Develop strong cross-function relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Be the “go-to” person for any creative work across their account teams

  • Bring their own presence to client interactions - comes across as poised, personable, professional, polished, intelligent, detail-oriented

  • Participate in client meetings and offer their insights and ideas

  • Be confident in presenting ideas and key information to clients on live projects and in pitches.

Our approach to work is agile and the team currently all spend some of their working week at home and some in our Southwark office - based on their needs and workflow. Due to the nature of this role, we are seeking candidates in the London area who can operate from our London office as needed (82 Great Suffolk Street) Hours are Monday through Friday starting at 8 am GMT.
