Service Administrator Our client, a leading supplier of key brands into the Hospitality and Food Production markets are currently looking to add a Service Administrator to their growing team. The main purpose of this role is to coordinate the spares and service activity within the aftersales department for our clients UK based customers. The successful candidate will be required to take ownership of a customer’s request from the identification of the need up to the closure of the file with the aim to maintain our high levels of service. This will require contact with other departments, subcontract partners, our partners in Europe and coordination of all aspects through to a satisfactory conclusion. Multi-tasking, working under pressure and problem solving will be critical. The Service Administrator will be expected to manage the process from proposal to completion and to invoice the customer once the job is complete. In addition to the above you will be require to account manage a customer list and offer reminders of services due, deal with repairs and liaise with engineer partners and manage the spare parts stock. Our client has a small team so with that in mind you may be asked to package and despatch orders of spares and book despatches. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar fast paced administrative role and must be IT literate. You will have proven experience with digital systems for example bookkeeping software, and planning skills and the ability to problem solve is a must. You will have previous experience in a customer service/client B2B role with experience of handling customer enquiries directly and scheduling and planning experience is essential. You will be a self-motivated team player with excellent communication skills, be able to build a good rapport with others and be driven to deliver and meet deadlines.
