Job Title: Personal SecretaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Secretary to join our team at NHS Fife. As a key member of our Admin Team, you will provide a comprehensive secretarial and administrative service to our Service Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Service Managers, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
- Develop and implement effective administrative systems and procedures.
- Provide excellent communication and customer service skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a secretarial or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of NHS procedures and practices, or experience in a public sector environment.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities.
