Job Title: Personal Secretary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Secretary to join our team at NHS Fife. As a key member of our Admin Team, you will provide a comprehensive secretarial and administrative service to our Service Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Service Managers, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
  • Develop and implement effective administrative systems and procedures.
  • Provide excellent communication and customer service skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a secretarial or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of NHS procedures and practices, or experience in a public sector environment.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities.
