Uptime Institute is seeking a dynamic and experienced SALES AND MARKETING SUPPORT MANAGER to join our innovative team. The successful candidate, working in conjunction with the Uptime Institute team and the global ICT community will be responsible for the continued development and enhancement of UI Professional Services programs.

Position Description :
The Sales and Marketing Support Manager is responsible for working closely with the EU SalesTeam in the preparation of quotations, work orders and proposals for Uptime Institute Professional Services engagements. Liaising closely with colleagues at HQ in North America, the individual is responsible for ensuring that (i) standardized pricing is applied to all quotations and proposals, (ii) customer billing is done in a timely fashion and (iii) outstanding debtors are managed appropriately.

Support the European sales team to ensure timely and accurate completion of monthly and quarterly forecasts and pipeline reports. Providing training and guidance where required.
Help ensure sales activities are reported correctly, to analyzing the dashboards and creating sales forecasting and pipeline reports for the VP of Sales for Europe.
Work closely with the Uptime Institute Professional Services Project Managers to coordinate delivery of customer reports and assessments.
Organize Quarterly Business Reviews - this involves working with the Sales Team to ensure they have all the information necessary to produce their presentations
Work with HQ Marketing to track lead follow up and provide weekly reports to VP Sales
Manage HQ with Event Logistics within the Europe Region
Gather feedback from customers in the form of quotes and where possible multimedia content that can be used across marketing collaterals to promote UI.
Act as an Office Manager for the EU Region - handling the day-to-day running of the office and being the go-to person for any ad hoc queries.
Help with the enrollment of any new team members and train them up where necessary.
Assist Sales team with lead management and data requirements – i.e. contacting those individuals who have attended webinars or downloaded collaterals.
Responsible for producing reports and completing administrative such as processing team expenses and other tasks as requested by VP of sales.

Qualifications:
~4+ years of experience
~ Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
~ Results-oriented with a strong focus on driving business outcomes and delivering value to customers.
~ Excellent analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed decisions.
~ Self-starter with a strong work ethic, enjoys independent, hands-on work.
~ Excellent planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
~ Outstanding communication (verbal & written, public speaking) with strong interpersonal skills.
~ International travel required
~ Office based/Remote
