An opportunity has arisen to join our team at Redbank Recovery, more specifically in our floating support service.
Humankind’s Independent Living Unit offers a range of housing-related support services, advice, and guidance to help people obtain accommodation and progress towards sustained independent living in the community. We support vulnerable people, often with histories including substance misuse, offending, mental ill health, and homelessness, to overcome barriers and achieve their goals.
As a support coordinator for our floating support service, you will support individuals in their own tenancies to maintain their recovery and accommodation. These individuals will have previously resided at our supported accommodation, and this is a continuation of their support.
This role involves visiting people in their own homes, so a driving license is essential .
The role is varied, and responsibilities include working with residents to create support plans, working in partnership with external agencies to support residents and delivering evidence-based interventions when required. 
This role involves weekend and evening working as our support is provided Monday - Sunday during the day and evenings.
