**Location**: Irlam, Manchester (free parking on site)
**Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: Starting at £26,000 - £27,000 per an, depending on experience (with bonus for achieved team KPIs)
**Hours**: Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Account Coordinator, ideally (but not necessary) with a background in surfactants/chemicals.
**Duties**:
- Order inputting
- Order acknowledgement
- Production oversight
- Transport & Logistics
- Create and send collection notes to customers
- Generate invoices to customers
- Dealing with customer complaints
- Monthly stock reporting
- Proactively ring customers to encourage placement of new sales orders
**About you**:
- A strong customer service background.
- Order processing experience and working with advising clients
- Experience working on CRM systems, ideally SAP
- Work under pressure and to strict and sometimes challenging deadlines, with the ability to prioritise own work
- Work on own initiative but realise the need for the whole team to get the business done.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Have excellent administration, planning, organisational and time keeping skills.
- Positive “Can Do” attitude to challenge and deliver customer expectations.
- Ability to remain flexible and deliver any ad-hoc duties/specific projects as assigned.
- Chemical knowledge desirable
