Responsibilities:
Lead a team of Spa Therapists to deliver a first-class service to all customers
Deliver ongoing training and development to ensure consistently high standards
Impart excellent product knowledge and sales techniques, leading by example
Define goals and priorities to the team, clearly explaining KPI’s and financial targets
Ensure the team are motivated by creating and maintaining a positive environment
Ensure a 5 Star customer experience resulting in client retention and recommendation
Sell products and treatment services in accordance with the customer’s requirements
Take responsibility for managing difficult situations and find solutions to satisfy customers
Handle the treatment bookings and coordinate the schedule to maximise usage and efficiency
Create an impeccable store appearance, implementing company merchandising standards
Manage the stock inventory and replenishment system effectively
Requirements:
Previous retail store or salon management experience
Proven leadership skills with rigorous customer servicing skills
Strong motivation to develop the overall growth of the team and company
Impeccable presentation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
