Aqua Sana is seeking a skilled Spa Receptionist to provide exceptional guest care and support to our customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all guests.

• Provide professional, prompt, and friendly service to all guests
• Ensure the smooth running of the reception area on a day-to-day basis
• Manage guest bookings and queries efficiently
• Maximize treatment and retail sales
• Deliver the highest standard of guest care and profitability

• Excellent guest care and communication skills
• Ability to build rapport with people and provide a warm welcome
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Good standard of education
• Previous experience in a customer service environment (desirable)
