Free on-site car parkingMain Purpose of the Role: The Sales & Business Development Manager will focus on the technical sales of rail infrastructure plant and equipment, playing a key role in every stage of the sales process—from planning and customer engagement to closing deals and providing training. The role will ensure that technical specifications for projects are clearly defined and will support pricing and bid processes. The manager will balance both office and field responsibilities, ensuring regular progress reviews and KPI assessments.

Define technical specifications for projects.
Support the pricing and bid process, managing approvals through the business.
Balance office and field-based work to meet customer, sales, and business needs.
Engage in both proactive and reactive sales tasks.Strong organizational skills and the ability to analyze data quickly.
Experience in managing sales targets, profitability, and customer engagement.
Demonstrable sales experience, particularly in a senior role.
Experience working in a culture of continuous improvement.
Knowledge of MS Office.
Proven project management skills.
