Business Development Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at First Call Contract Services. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business growth strategies to drive revenue and expand our presence in the Kent and surrounding regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to drive revenue and expand our presence in the Kent and surrounding regions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of business development and sales success in a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of the industrial recruitment sector and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
