The Role You'll be part of our busy Sheffield-based support team, helping a wide range of customers keep their systems running smoothly. Whether you're troubleshooting tricky issues or guiding someone through a fix, you'll be growing your technical knowledge with every ticket you handle. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot critical issues – Gain expertise in enterprise systems while diagnosing and resolving real-world IT problems. Manage support requests – Build speed and confidence as you handle support calls and log tickets using clear workflows. Stay in control – Track and prioritise tasks to ensure quick resolution and meet service levels. Strengthen communication skills – Interact with a wide variety of users and learn how to adapt your style to get the best results. Make an impact – Action account changes and system updates that deliver instant value to users. Work across platforms – Install, configure, and maintain software on a range of devices and environments. Contribute to the team's toolkit – Update internal guides with what you learn so others can benefit too. Help users grow – Share practical advice that empowers people to get the best out of their tech. Get ahead of the curve – Stay sharp on our product and service offering so you can confidently support customers. You'll also support escalations and recurring faults, gaining a deeper understanding of patterns and root causes that shape long-term fixes. Working hours: Monday to Friday, between 8:00am and 6:00pm, with a 12:00pm–8:00pm shift on a rota. Includes on-call support, explained during onboarding.
