🪴The Role:

As a Founders Associate, you will report directly to the company's founder and CEO and provide critical support in all areas important to the founder and the overall company's growth.

This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced start-up environment backed by some of London’s top investors. No two days will be the same and your responsibilities will be expansive covering operations, marketing help, product QA, back-office and more.

Your contributions will be critical in allowing our founders to focus on strategic and product work. If you’re looking for an opportunity to learn and grow quickly, this is the perfect role to gain valuable experience working with leadership and being a part of an ambitious software business.

📝Please note : This position is initially a 3 month internship (expenses paid only). At the end of the 90 days the founder will be looking to make a formal offer as a Founders Associate subject to performance. You should not apply if this is unsuitable.

  • Highly entrepreneurial and motivated.
  • High achiever with degree in the field of Business, Management, Entrepreneurship, Computing, Finance, or similar would be preferable.
  • Well suiter to a recent graduate or someone early in their career.
  • Excellent work ethic and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both autonomously and collaborating closely between teams.
  • Fast learner that loves to take responsibility.
  • Proactive and ambitious.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Google/Microsoft office suite and familiarity using SaaS tools.

✅Key Responsibilities:

Your wide ranging responsibilities will include, but are not limited to…

  • Being the right hand of the founder — working closely with him to develop the business and allow the business to move more quickly.
  • Marketing assistance — help put together quality content, case-studies and distritbute through various channels to assist commercial efforts
  • Support with client onboarding — to allow customers to start using At Last as seamlessly as possible and provide a key point of contact.
  • Support with product QA — Thoroughly test new features and assist the engineering team in deploying updates quickly and effectively.
  • Customer Support (CS) — o versee any important customer and business support working to resolving incoming requests swiftly to improve Net Promoter Score (NPS) on both sides.
  • Company Back Office —s upport various operational functions including SaaS tooling, invoicing, legal support etc
  • Operational Support — build and manage relationships with carriers while providing comprehensive support to clients for their requests.
  • Reporting — help track company-level KPIs and prepare high level reports.
  • Special assignments — Undertake any special assignments or projects as assigned by the founder.

  • Over the initial 3 month period daily expenses paid will be paid £20 to support with travel, food and anything else.
  • You’ll get a performance review at 3 month mark with view to offer a full time paid role as a Founders Associate. This will include competitive start-up salary (not big tech 🙂) and has scope to include an options package in At Last.

You will be working with a product co-founder with a previous exit and who has built $100m media studio, a commercial co-founder with over 10 years in corporate sales and a technical co-founder who is ex-Lloyds bank and former Head of Engineering for a payments company.
