Based at our HQ in Darwen as our IT Engineer, you will work alongside our customers, team members and business leaders being responsible for the efficient handling of incidents, resolution of issues, and completion of tasks as reported by users, assigned within our service desk.
You will be working closely with our HQ teams and Practice Partners supporting them with all things IT. Collaborating with the team to manage requests and resolving incidents through the Service Desk system.
Contributing to the continuous development and optimisation of IT within the business, including processes and procedures.
Maintaining the security, integrity and performance of our systems through regular, proactive monitoring and housekeeping.
You’ll have experience supporting a large user base and working with a service desk system, logging tickets and driven to resolve issues. You’ll be familiar with deploying and supporting Microsoft operating systems and applications, including 365. You’ll have knowledge of networking hardware – smart switches, routers, firewalls. You’ll have proficiency in managing projects, documenting processes and preparing training materials.
