Job Details

Collaborating with the Director of Enterprise Solutions and Data Processing, the overall purpose of this role is to provide consultancy and to advise on the best possible deliverable solutions for studies. You will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the seamless execution of research projects within our division. Your main focus will be to cultivate effective client delivery discussions including but not limited to data files and formats, tabulation specification, weighting and significance testing as well as dash-boarding and charting, ensuring their needs are clearly understood and translating those requirements into actionable project plans. You will be instrumental in the communication with offshore teams, providing them with detailed mentorship on project development based on client expectations.

Your responsibilities will include Client liaison, internal communication and off-shore facilitation. By proactively engaging with large key clients, your responsibility will be to aligning project delivery with agreed-upon specifications and budgets, simultaneously meeting and even exceeding Client expectations. In this endeavour, you will need to collaborate with internal and external partners, using effective communication to ensure that the company's overarching goals are met.

As a Technical Business Partner, you are a key driver in elevating client happiness, optimising process flow, encouraging collaborative relationships with both clients / sales teams and offshore teams, and orchestrating progressive delivery to achieve outstanding project outcomes

Key Outcomes

The emphasis of this role is providing consultancy resulting in the right work solutions being built for clients, key responsibilities include:

  • Work closely with the Business Development team to ensure that they are supported in Client discussions so that our services are delivered to exceptional standards, fostering healthy client understanding and relationships with a specific focus on data-related discussions and visualisation
  • Work with the Business Development team on proposals to ensure accurate costing, correct result proposed etc. To facilitate this, create & maintain documentation for proposals explaining different Offer options
  • Collaborate with Client Success teams across EMEA and offshore teams to ensure the successful delivery of Client projects
  • Act as a Client advocate, understanding and communicating client needs related to data processing and dashboards.
  • Promote customer loyalty through effective communication and understanding of data-processing and visualisation expectations.
  • Lead Client communication through dashboard development process and advise on and implement the best solution to deliver successfully.
  • Actively work on projects, collaborating with the operations team and off-shore teams to ensure successful execution and completion, emphasising data-related considerations.
  • Accountable for the progress of own projects to ensure smooth delivery to expectations in terms of schedule, cost, quality.
  • Upskill other members of the team to ensure a broader skillset and increased consultancy and project management capability within the team
  • Bring progressive and innovative thinking to Client delivery
  • Constant evaluation of our Client delivery Offer so that there is clarity and alignment between our offer and Client expectations
  • Lead on key team initiatives/objectives to support team development and strategy
  • Promote positive working culture and leads by example in promoting the Kantar Behaviours

Capabilities

  • Market research experience with a good understanding of data and basic survey methods and data collection techniques
  • Experience in online research
  • Experience with data processing and dashboarding
  • Client management / consultancy experience, displaying a solution driven approach
  • Superb communication skills – specifically how to translate dashboarding build requirements, managing dashboarding builds with off-shore teams, and managing client expectations.
  • Sophisticated knowledge of MS Excel, SPSS ASCII, triple-s, XML or other data processing applications including power BI dashboarding
  • Solid understanding of AI, power apps, Microsoft suite in order to drive innovation, process efficiency and data automation
