Leading the property development team in strategic planning and execution.
Managing property portfolio including acquisitions, disposals, and leases.
Undertaking comprehensive development appraisals and feasibility studies.
Contributing to the formulation of the Council's Asset Management Strategy.
Providing expert advice on property development and management to other departments.
Ensuring compliance with all statutory and corporate property-related policies and procedures.
Promoting sustainability and environmental standards in all property developments.
Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the community.
A successful Senior Development Surveyor should have:
A degree or equivalent in a property-related discipline.
Proven experience in property development and strategic planning.
Knowledge of sustainability and environmental standards in property development.
A competitive salary range of £42,403 to £45,441 per year.
