Track record of HTA submissions leading to successful patient access with at least 1 recent submission in oncology. Experience in oncology therapeutic area is a must. Experience with Patient Access Scheme (PAS) and/or Commercial Access Agreements In-depth HEOR technical expertise and experience Strong numerical skills with experience of leading on health economics modelling In-depth and up-to-date understanding of HTA methodology and processes in the UK (NICE, SMC, AWMSG) Existing relationships with key reimbursement stakeholders in the UK Proven ability to successfully work within a matrix environment Good project management skills Strong communication, influencing and presentation skills Strategic mind-set and hands-on Collaborative, committed and courageous Positive can-do attitude.
