About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Health Economist to join our team at Scientis Search Ltd. As a key member of our Health Economics team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality health economic projects and proposals to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead on the development of health economic models, technical reports, and user guides for clients
  • Manage and support the development of high-quality economic models, ensuring they meet client requirements
  • Collaborate with the Health Economics team and other business units to deliver projects and proposals
  • Act as the technical lead on health economic projects, providing subject-matter expertise and guidance
  • Contribute to internal training and development initiatives, sharing your expertise with the team
  • Support the growth and development of junior team members, providing guidance and mentorship
Requirements
  • Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field, such as Science or Healthcare
  • Proven experience working in market access or HEOR consultancy, with a strong track record of developing HR models for the life science industry
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience managing technical projects
  • Proficient in Excel/VBA, with experience with other languages (e.g. R) desirable
  • Demonstrable experience in business development and client partnership building
  • Line management and leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate a team
