The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Director to lead our growing Health Economics and Market Access (HEOR) team in Europe. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of HEOR within Eversana and contribute to the success of our clients by providing strategic guidance and delivering impactful solutions.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive HEOR strategies for a diverse portfolio of pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients across Europe.
  • Lead proposal development, client presentations, and negotiations to secure new business opportunities.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of HEOR professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Eversana to ensure seamless integration of HEOR activities into broader commercial strategies.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and regulatory developments in the HEOR landscape.

Your Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (Ph.D., Pharm.D., or MBA) with a focus on health economics, market access, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in developing and implementing HEOR strategies for pharmaceutical products in the European market.
  • Proven track record of success in leading and managing teams of HEOR professionals.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Deep understanding of regulatory requirements and reimbursement policies in Europe.
