As a Retail Finance Administrator, you will be an integral part of our global retail division, working closely with and reporting to the Retail Finance Coordinator. This role entails a wide range of responsibilities, including financial reconciliation, journal entries, intercompany transactions, and assisting with various finance tasks to ensure smooth operations. Conduct bank account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
Manage reconciliation of credit card and FedEx accounts, accurately allocating expenses to respective projects.
Process nominal ledger journals in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Provide support to the Retail Finance Coordinator in daily operations and tasks.
Perform intercompany reconciliations and ensure agreement between legal entities.
Inform finance department of inventory asset transfers between legal entities as required.
Facilitate recharges between Neon legal entities in a timely manner.
Raise payments in banking system, handling multi-currency transactions as necessary.
Calculate currency trades/transfers between bank accounts to cover payment runs.
Load approved budgets into the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system accurately.
Generate ad hoc finance reports as requested by management.

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a finance administrator.
At least 1 year of accounts reconciliation experience
Finance qualifications are not essential but considered advantageous.
Knowledge of Xero is advantageous.
Effective planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office programs.
