Duties of the Care Coordinator – Recruitment Coordinator include, but are not limited to:
Overall management and implementation of the recruitment strategy and process from enquiry to onboarding. Managing recruitment advertising across job boards, social media, and printed publications
Attending recruitment fairs, market stalls and community outreach events
Creating recruitment campaigns and initiatives
Being creative and thinking of ways outside the box to attract high quality applicants
Supporting and nurturing desirable candidates through the recruitment process
Produce data from recruitment records to evaluate and improve our practice. Maintaining all recruitment records and data in line with GDPR
Participate in a share of the on-call rota out of hours
Promoting the good name of Westmorland Homecare in the community
Pro active and innovative approach to recruitment in the Health and Social care sector
You must be comfortable delivering hands on care if required
You must have a good level of computer / IT proficiency
You must have a passion to help others, care for people and do something good for the community
You must have experience in the health or social care sector for this position
You must have an understanding of safeguarding procedures and protecting clients from harm or abuse
