Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant

Are you a compassionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting children with Autism? Academics are working with a welcoming and inclusive school committed to providing exceptional education, they're currently seeking a full-time Year 5 SEN Teaching Assistant. This role has the potential to become permanent from the initial contract.
As a Year 5 SEN Teaching Assistant with Academics, you will play a vital role in helping a child with Autism by:
* Creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that fosters the child's academic and personal development.
* Assisting the child with Autism in accessing the curriculum and participating in classroom activities.
* Monitoring and recording the child's progress and behavior, while offering consistent support and encouragement.
Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, particularly with children who have Autism.
* A compassionate and patient approach to supporting children with special educational needs.
