We are recruiting qualified paediatric complex care Nurses to join our exciting new service; this will be on an ad hoc basis and provide care to our clients in the community.
We are looking for children's nurses that share our passion and values to join our community team, you will be providing support to our clients within their own homes, avoiding hospital admissions, and ensuring they receive the best quality of care.
A minimum of 12 months' UK experience in the last two years working closely with people with clinical complex needs, it is essential to have Tracheostomy Care and Suctioning, Tracheostomy Tube Change , ventilation via Tracheostomy and Ventilation via a mask skills.
Willingness to travel
