Job Title: Care Assistant - Complex Care

We are seeking an experienced Care Assistant to join our team in supporting a client with complex care needs in their family home in Tewkesbury.

As a Care Assistant, you will work alongside a registered nurse and a second support worker, providing care as a team. You will be responsible for assisting with medication management, moving and handling, and personal care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with medication management and administration
  • Support with moving and handling, including transfers and repositioning
  • Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Work as part of a team to provide 24/7 care and support
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 6 months of professional care experience in a UK healthcare setting
  • Experience working with complex care clients
  • Full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle
