Talent Acquisition Specialist

Rimkus is a worldwide provider of engineering and technical consulting to corporations, insurance companies, law firms, and government agencies. Rimkus experts specialise in forensic consulting, dispute resolution and construction management services, solutions for the built environment, and human factors support for the consumer, industrial, and healthcare industries.
Our company is growing, and we are looking for a Talent Acquisition professional to oversee the recruitment for our UK regions.
You should have a strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and a passion for building relationships with both stakeholders and candidates. As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be an integral part of the UK human resources team, working closely with the Talent Acquisition teams in the US and Australia.
Conducting talent pool mapping via LinkedIn to identify potential candidates.
Maintaining the recruitment database (ATS - UKG) for accurate and up-to-date records.
Ensuring new employees have a seamless onboarding experience by collaborating with the Line Manager, HR Manager, Finance, and Administration teams.
Preparing and compiling monthly recruitment reports.
Work closely with the HR team providing ad-hoc HR support.
Manage recruitment administration.
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience.
Passionate about internal recruitment and eager to make a difference within a growing consulting firm.
Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems.
