We are responsible for designing community-based systems of care, agreeing health and wellbeing plans, executing those plans, and monitoring outcomes which then feed into the design process. The Programme Manager, Mental Health & Addiction (MH&A) Transformation will lead and manage a priority programme of work, in partnership with their national and regional mentally well colleagues and maori health colleagues, to implement a MH&A transformation programme of work to radically improve Māori Health, eliminate inequities and implement the Oranga Hinengaro System and Service Framework . 
Demonstrated experience in managing a range of competing programme priorities using programme management methodologies.
Experience driving & delivery of work programmes and project planning to ensure delivery of work on time, and within budget.
Demonstrated ability to think conceptually and anticipate the impact of decisions on long-term outcomes and develop/recommend responses in consultation with key stakeholders.
The ability to compellingly communicate complex information and ideas in both oral and written communication to a range of audiences including senior management, Board and Ministers.
