HR Manager - Full Time

Salary: £45-50k

A great role for a CIPD Level 5 qualified HR professional with a good solid background of working in a generalist role in HR. The organisation is looking for someone who can be flexible and travel across their sites in the South-East region. This won't be excessive travel but you need to be flexible. It's a great role for a down to earth individual with good people skills coupled with good HR skills to join a really interesting business.

The Role:

This is a hands-on true generalist HR Manager role. Working across the organisations in the group, you will deal with:

  1. Employee relations issues, management of these and ensuring compliance and support are provided
  2. Trade unions – interaction with trade unions, negotiations, and meetings
  3. Ensuring compliance to relevant governmental guidelines and legal requirements
  4. Communicating with everyone at every level from maintenance people to the Chief Exec
  5. Responsibility for management of the reception at the sites
  6. Recruitment and onboarding HR administration
  7. Dealing with potential immigration queries
  8. HRIS management and enhancement
  9. HR Business Partnering - Supporting key personnel at the sites
  10. Salaries management and maintenance

They are looking for someone:

  • CIPD level 5 minimum qualified
  • Proactive and Numerical – experience in compensation will be a bonus
  • Able to deal with demanding situations and conflict resolution
  • Able to be compassionate and empathetic when dealing with employees undergoing difficult situations
