Job Description

Conference Producer

We are excited to be partnering with a leading organisation in the events industry, who are looking to expand their tech event division with a Conference Producer.

This role would allow you to produce exiting and diverse content, with the view to take ownership of a specific technology area. Additionally, there will the opportunity to play a key role in the creation and delivery of new or evolving features and formats.

As a producer you will be responsible for:

  • Helping produce the event strategy and programme.
  • Developing unique conference agendas, ensuring topics are relevant and panels are representative.
  • Conduct research with digital teams and technology vendors
  • Speaker acquisition: Identify and acquire c-level speaker from leading brands.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sale and Sponsorship to enable a successful event.

A little about you:

  • Experience acquiring and managing c-level speakers.
  • Experience of building conferences with multiple content streams and senior speakers.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, you will need to identify relevant topics and build an agenda accordingly.
  • A passion for technology and digital innovation or an interest to learn – it is key to develop effective networks within the industry.
  • Developed copy writing skills.

This role is hybrid, with 3 days spent onsite in Southwest London collaborating and learning with the team.
