Initially you’ll be working as an Installer however as the first hire in this division, as the business grows you will be progressed, eventually heading up the business.

Ensure projects adhere to timelines and take responsibility for meeting delivery Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including project budgets.

Successfully overcome any technical challenges on site, liaising with the customer and office.

The role will also include some survey's, planning, and commissioning as well as supervising and training team members.

Although mainly installing and commissioning of systems, the role will also involve some service/repair and maintenance works.

Qualified domestic plumbing and heating engineer - ideally NVQ 2/3 etc.

Air Source Heat Pump installation experience - minimum 5 years’ experience.

BPEC level 3, MCS accreditation or equivalent in heat pumps.
