We're seeking a dynamic Clinical Services Manager to oversee the building and management of partnerships with healthcare organisations, supporting them with insourced and outsourced clinical care.
This pivotal role involves managing partnerships from initial approach to project deployment, ensuring a consistent and reliable point of contact throughout. The successful candidate will innovate and individually tailor approaches to maintain optimum service capacity.
Foster and manage partnerships with healthcare organisations to support the delivery of clinical care
Pitch innovative new services to key NHS stakeholders in line with pre-researched client goals
Oversee clinical project deployment from initiation to completion, ensuring quality and efficiency
Innovate and suggest ideas to continuously improve service delivery and capacity
Grow and nurture a business development team, providing leadership and development opportunities
Strong understanding of NHS Patient Flow and Referral to Treatment Pathway
Exceptional project management skills
Excellent relationship-building and communication capabilities
As the Clinical Services Manager, you will report directly into the Commercial and Clinical Directors, whilst having the autonomy to grow and develop your own team in line with service expansion
Extensive experience dealing with large multi-level clients, ideally in the medical sector
A proven track record in project management and team leadership
Experience in developing, pitching and delivering service improvements to internal and external clients
A background in NHS service management and/or NHS procurement is desirable
Location and Travel Requirements
This is a hybrid role with flexible remote working arrangements, however frequent travel to client sites and Medihelp care locations nationwide would be required
The successful candidate would be required to attend our Milton Keynes office at least 1 day per week in our Milton Keynes office.
